Healthy ways to lose body fat ?

I'm at a healthy weight, but i have an excessive amount of body fat. (On arms, thighs, and stomach.) I would like to know how to lose MOST of this in the healthiest way possible. I already know that i have to cut out all white grains. (Ex. white bread, spegetti, pasta, ect.) And i shouldn't eat after 7 p.m., and i have to excersize everyday, and i should have about a 1,500 calorie diet. But are there any other helpful tips to losing body fat ? I'm 13, and it's really bad to worry about physical appearence at such a young age. But i REALLY want to lose this fat. Please help. (:

    just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight

    - take balanced diet

    - take 5 meals in the day

    - add fruits and vegetables in your meals

    - zip your lips for fried and fast foods

    - avoid colas and sweets

    - drink more water and fresh juice

    - do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk

    - think positive and keep smiling

    Spicy food helps to increase your core temperature and your body burns calories as goes back to its normal temp. One liter of ice cold water burns 20 calories. I drink tea some forms of tea like green tea has been shown to control weight your weight. Put more fruits and vegetables in your diet. I don't know if you are near a Publix but Publix of these fruit 2day and it has two servings of fruit in each bottle.
