How do Conservatives feel about Stephen Colbert?

He's an O-bot stooge just like Stewart.

Stephen Colbert is a satirist with liberal perspectives. the character he performs on the Colbert record is merely that, a character. it incredibly is to not say he's a strict liberal, of direction. maximum persons i've got met look to have a spectrum of ideals that they are conservative/liberal on.

He is not as funny as Jon Stewart or as intellectually as honest, Jon Stewart has slammed President Obama on the oil spill response. Jon has not to this point but then I do not watch him much so I could be wrong

I saw a poll on this and the funny thing is, Conservatives like him. But they dont really get the fact that its ironic. They get the satire, but they dont see that he's making fun of them directly.

So they dont really know he's joking. Thats almost funnier than Colbert, if it wasnt so sad.

At least colbert doesn't pretend to be a legitimate news source like Stewart. Colbert relishes in his joke presence.

Both guys can be funny though.

I don't hold Stewart in any regard high or low. I care about the jobs elected officials are suppose to do. Stewart and Colbert are there to entertain me.

Why do liberals hold Stewart in high regard, considering that he is a comedian.

I like Jon Stewart better. I think colbert crosses the line to where it isn't funny any more. his self promoting gets tiresome too.

Entertaining? Yes. Sane? No.

I don't think he's as funny as John Stewart, But I think he is Funnier than Sarah Palin!

I saw him while vacationing in Charleston, SC, which I later found out was his hometown.

He's a good comedian.
