Pray for them and patiently wait for the opportunities to witness to come.
Rest assured the moments of weakness come to the atheist just like they do to the Christian, I know because I have been both. The only question is will the Christian be there to minister to the atheist when the time is right.

Listen. Understand how they experience God and what words they use to describe it. Usually the God that they reject is a horrible god. Agree that you, too, would reject such a God.

Nothing, get over yourself. Let people believe what they want, it's their choice, and free choice is a property of your soul, if you impose your choice on them, then you're spitting in God's face.
