Following Up on Interview Again?

I had a job interview 2 weeks ago. At the time of the interview, the manager said that there were more people to interview and I should hear back from her in a week. Last Wednesday I followed up with her, and she said that she would be interviewing more people this week. No hiring decision has been made yet. Is this a bad sign? Should I follow up again the end of this week or Monday?

Update:

**Thanks for the responses so far. I'm nervous about following up a second time. Since I already asked about whether or not a decision was made once, I'm afraid of coming off as too pushy if I ask again. I am a bit concerned too as to why originally I was told that a decision should have been made in a week, but then they ended up having additional interviews. I do want this job badly, but I also know that I can't focus only on it. I've continued to apply for other postions as well.

Try calling back again next Monday. Showing a guarded level of interest in a job isn't a bad thing.
