delete yahoo answers profile?

You cannot delete your answers profile without deleting your entire yahoo account which includes your email and all yahoo sites. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/changing_use... What you can do is set your profile to private, including your network, disallow fans, remove all of your contacts, disallow email and IM change your avatar to the gray smiley face, remove your nickname and delete open questions. Do not go to the answers site at all and after 4 months yahoo will close your answers account. All your resolved questions and answers will remain on the site as they belong to yahoo..

You have to delete the account to be delete from Yahoo answers , but simply you can stop doing Yahoo answers if you don't want to do it without deleting the account .

the only thank you to delete your Y!A account is to delete your Yahoo account (digital mail, etc) you could besides the fact that if set up your profile to make your Q&a private, and to no longer enable digital mail & IM. you could delete any open questions & solutions, yet all resolved questions & solutions are the valuables of Y!A. then you definitely in basic terms stop coming here. :o)
