Anyone have problems with teeth from pregnancy?

I have 2 kids already and am pregnant with my 3rd. I have always had problems with my teeth but, they seem to get really bad while I am pregnant. With all of my pregnancies my gums bleed sooo bad! My teeth hurt all the time. They never get 100% better but they aren't as bad after i have the baby. Any one have this sort of problem? Also, am I able to go to the dentist now? Are they able to do any work on my teeth or do I have to wait til after delivery?

Yea. teeth problems actually increase during pregnancy. and its totally normal. my gums bleed a lot as well. and my doctor said its normal, just all part of pregnancy, the gums become more sensitive to the brushing so they bleed a little. and something called pregnancy gingevitas can come about during pregnancy but usually goes away after the baby is born. also. you can go to the dentist. they may not want to do x rays since your pregnant, but they can clean and check your teeth. and even fill some cavities if you need them done. Its actually healthier to get teeth fixed during pregnancy, cuz if you have infections in your mouth i've heard that it can possibly cause some issues with the pregnancy, such as going into labor early. good luck.

Teeth do tend to get worse during pregnancy, and even people with perfect teeth beforehand can not only get bad teeth during but also after pregnancy. You can absolutely go to the dentist while pregnant in fact you should go while pregnant, if they need x rays they just have to be SUPER careful with you.

Teeth disorders don't seem to be a signal that whatever is improper or now not improper. I had drank alot of milk and calcium merchandise however I nonetheless had disorders with my enamel. Seems the women I had took all my calcium and left none for ME!!!! Just preserve up with what you're doing and do not fear. Enjoy your being pregnant its probably the most priceless time of your lifestyles instead of the time of giving delivery and watching at what the 2 of you will have introduced into this global. Good Luck!!!!!!
