Sky Splash at Sesame Place?

How tall/old do you have to be to ride the Sky Splash at Sesame Place? The website just states that no infants are allowed to ride. I don't consider my daughter to be an infant, although she is under 3 so I'm not sure what exactly constitutes an 'infant' at Sesame Place.

Thanks!

Sesame Place considers an infant anyone who gets in free. That means that if your child is 23 months or younger they cannot ride any ride that says "no infants". If your child is 24 months or older, and you purchased a ticket for them (meaning they didn't get in free) then your child can ride the rides that only have "no infants" as a restriction.
