unauthorized use of my debit card?

i have an account with a certain internet company and i usually pay them with my debit card.the thing is we do not have a written agreement, so there is no contract.lately they have been trying to run my debit card number to pay my bill. the thing is i did not authorize them to do that.anyway each time they ran the card it was rejected.i told them that;s what they get for doing that.they call me all the time.sometimes the bill may be 1or 2 days pass due. my question is what are my rights, and what legal action if any can i take against this company.only serious answers PLEASE! no point seekers.10 points for best answer.

Update:

i forgot to mention that it is a walmart pre paid debit card so no bank is involved.still want to know what can be done.

They are not permitted to do this. Notify your bank of what they are doing. I would then search for another company you can trust to take their place. If I did not have a contract with a company...then I would not do business with them...they are shady in my book. Start paying by check if you have to. My biggest recommendation is to move on to another company and notify the better business bureau in your area.Dont forget to notify your bank!
