Tough weight loss, healthy way?
I am 5'0", around 125-130lbs, with 36DD breasts. My BMI is on the higher side of what is alright for someone my height, and it has even been in the overweight range very recently. This is not ok with me, and I would like to lose some weight in a healthy way. I would like to hope that this means I will lose a cup size or so as well. My mom told me that in our family when the women lose weight they lose cup sizes. However, I'm a dancer, so I have muscles, which I know can add weight, but I'd like to keep those muscles. I've also always had a tough time losing weight. Would you recommend I use Weight Watchers? Get a nutritionist? Or just try to regulate the entire process by myself? I don't want to completely eliminate sugar or anything, because I love to cook and don't want to deprive myself of anything. Also, I'm vegan, if that makes a difference in anyone's suggestions. Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance :)
I guess I shouldn't have put ANY input is welcome because people aren't reading the question anymore. Please read the question before you answer because there are IMPORTANT details! Like the fact that I've always had a tough time losing weight. So telling me to exercise and eat healthy is stupid because I've already mentioned them both in the question.

Wont drink soda's
and Wont eat Ice Cream
Will Exercise everyday
Will eat Healthy foods
Cycling, Swimming Tennis and Brisk Walking,
Skating is good too
Sound like hard work?
2 coin a phrase 'just do it!'
The third thing you need is commonsense

It sounds to me like you should try some aerobic exercise such as running or swimming. Since you dance, you won't need to do any weight training to tone/gain any muscle, but doing some aerobic exercise will **** any excess fat you have. Originally you should try a 20 minute about 3 times a week. People will tell you that with running you should never stop if you get tired, but slow down. I disagree with this. It's been proven that interval training is better for your heart and can increase the rate of weight loss, as your heart rate fluctuates and therefore has to work harder, thus you burn more calories. So start off with you should run for as long as you can and if you get tired walk some. Once 20 minutes is getting too easy, you could up the length of time you run or how often you go for a run.
As for the food, i personally find counting calorie helps a lot. If you want to lose weight you should look at eating around 1300 calories a day (you work this out by taking your weight in Ibs and multiplying it by 100). If you don't want to cut out sugary foods completely, you should just put aside 200 calories a day out of your 'allowance' for a sugary treat. You could either count calories vaguely, just to give yourself an idea, or you could work out exactly how much your eating and keep it in a food dairy - this may seem extreme and OCDish, but it does give you an idea of how much you're eating, and you can plan ahead easily by thinking "if i've only had 1000 so far today, i still have enough for a 300 splurge tonight".
I can't suggest any good meals, since i'm not a vegan, but i think if you put in some more exercise and watch what you eat you should drop the pounds in no time.
Hope this helps.

I bet someone I could live off £10 for 2 weeks. I found it hard for the first 3 days but made it!
I first went to the shops and searched for ages for cheap food that was filling and had lots in it ( I would recomens cheap sasauges and pasta...) Then as I arrived home I took the grams of all the products and divided them with a calculator and then made a strict menu of what I could eat every day.
I stayed with this system just to prove to everyone it was possibe. I told everyone what I was doing as well because I didn't want them thinking I was really poor. By the end of it (without me realising it) I had lost LOADS of weight. I was stunned.

If you don't like this idea I think the next best option it a "Tough Love" approch. You WILL do running no matter WHAT you tell yourself. You WON'T snack no matter WHAT you think. And if you break the promice you made with yourself, you bann yourself from somthing you really like for a month. END OF QUESTION.
Although that approch works it can be very hard and you have to be careful not to be too harsh on yourself.

Well I wish you the best of luck!

Pick your favorite sport, and participate in it 3-5 times a week. I like tennis, so I'm trying to play it 3 times a week. I used to bike to work everyday. That would be 3 miles, then I would bike an additional 5-10 miles on top of that. The weight easily came off. And that was accompanied by eating proportionate meals 4-5 times a day.

Don't loose patience... loose your weight. Do some simple exercises at home, overcome your laziness and be active. Change your attitude towards life. Talk to your parents and plan a vacation to places - India, Thailand, Malaysia or to any of the Asian countries. There you can afford a weight loss surgery at much lesser price without burning a hole in the pocket of your parents and above all will spend some quality time with family. Either start some diet plans, exercise or opt for surgery. You will have to make a choice, I think.
