This percentages of marks are not enough to get the best college in India for B.Tech as students above 80% marks are available for admission to the colleges for B.Tech. courses.
But don't get disappointed, admission also depend on what you score in the entrance exam.
So, you should prepare for entrance exam and try to get best score to get the best college.

You can get admission in BE...Till i know not in B.Tech. Whats your entrance test marks? Depends on that too.

there are many low and middle level universities they will take even u scored 35 %.. but in ur case u have scored 58% u can get admission in high university, i think u have to pay little donation.
