I want to become a singer But.. I dont know where to start.?

Don't be discouraged. There is a way to learn how to sing without doing any of the above. You will need to work hard at developing your craft but there are ways to make the process more fun and enjoyable. First you must ask yourself why you want to sing. Is it for fun or for a career? It can be both or just one of the two. Next, sing out loud to yourself and see how much you like your own sound. Do you sound angelic, deep, soulful, rappy, or whatever else it may be. Ask yourself what kind of music do you generally like and is that the style of music you want to sing. Do you want to sing other people's songs only or write them yourself as well? Take some time (since you have it anyway) to sit down and write all these answers down on paper so you have a plan. It will remind you on what you need to do to achieve your goal on the days you feel discouraged. Remember, everybody feels discouraged from time to time, but those who work hard and never gives up in the end will ultimately reap their reward.

Sing on the streets :) Just have fun..Be confident and be yourself! Trust me it has worked for me.

Continue giving yourself publicity as a singer. Perform in public every chance you get. Set up profiles for yourself on social networking sites, where you can post demos of your songs for others to listen to at their convenience. Keep up the great work. Before you know it, you could be in demand as the next hot singer!

Write original songs! The best advice I have gotten is just be yourself and have fun with your music!
