DIY Upholstery Question, Anyone - Help?

I have this chair -http://www.inmyroom.co.uk/inmyroomimages/400/pollo... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item... and I am tying to figure out how to reupholster it. The back is a plastic shell casing so I am at a loss where to start.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Should I just take it in to be reupholstered? Help, anyone?

The tricky part would be removing the upholstery part from the rest of the frame. Try to figure out what keeps it in place.

I suspect some glue being involved in the initial assembly process, but those screw that connect the pivot assembly to the rest of the chair might connect all the way to the upholstery as well.

(similar chairs that I've broken had the upholstery stapled to fiberboard/chipboard pieces that were backing up the foam parts, and were also fitted with threaded bushings for the assembly screws).

You *could* do it yourself but it won't be easy. I'd ask a professional for an estimate on the job and decide if it's worth it to you.
