Why our Prime minister is less speaking?

Two kind of people speak less. 1) Those with wisdom speak only when the listeners are sensible enough. 2) Those who do not have any clue about what they can speak to convince the listeners.

At present the situation of the country is such that Dr. Manmohan Singh falls in category 2 (Kashmir issue, Naxalism, price rise etc). But most of the times our PM falls in category 1. If he can bring the above three problems to reasonable levels of acceptance, he will be applauded for the efforts.
