Anyone have any idea what this means insertional change at origin of the adductor tendon?
Thanks for the info. Is there treatment if any at all?

basically it means that one of the tendons of the adductor ( which is a muscle on the inside of your thigh) has changed its location on the bone, so basically you probably have torn the tendon at the bone, and the tendon has reattached in an area which is different to before, normally the adductor tendons attach to the shaft of the femur, and run onto your pubic bone.
