Muscle rejuvenation for something never there?
I was supposedly born without a muscle in my lower lip. I can't pull half of my bottom lip down. (so my smiles look retarded). It's been something I've been self conscious of my whole life. (or at least since my elementary school years). Was wondering if there is any surgery to create a working muscle that I was born without. (or is possibly paralyzed)
