Redirecting Pre-paid postage?

We all get junk mail. Especially credit card offers. Many of these come with return envelopes that are pre-paid postage.

The question is: Can I slap on my own "Send To" address over the envelope window and send it through the mail for free?

Please only respond if you know what you're talking about. I don't need any, "omg no thats illegal."

Thanks!

Unfortunately you'll find that most pre-paid envelopes also have a bunch of little lines printed on them as well. This tells the post office machine that reads them where they're supposed to go, not the address you write in the window. Go look at one now and you'll see what I'm talking about.

By the way, trying to defraud the post office is a federal crime.

Price for 30 day's card is $8 dollars and for 90 day's card is $22.50 plus tax which you can find at any target store in the USA, there are 10 designs at the store in San Francisco, CA with amazing graphics. Hope this help you out.
