My heavy metal song of the day?

Blind Guardian has also been a favourite of mine for a long time. I love their early work the best (up to Nightfall, where i just think they got abit too epic for me...still a good album though)

Blind Guardian was a band i actually flew to another city to see....and they did not disapoint at all. Hansi's vocals were spot on and everyone else was right on as well. Plus they played almost all songs from Imaginations, so can't complain. I did want to see them play Banished From Sanctuary....but no luck

MA: This song is not what i was expecting. Night at the Opera and Twist were abit disappointing to me. I like this aggressive style again...somewhat reminds me of the intro to "I'm Alive"..in style anyways. If the rest of the album is like this song, i'll be one happy fan

MA2: Imaginations from the other side: One of my fav albums from any band. It combines the agressiveness of the early albums and has the progressive nature of their more recent work. What I really like about the album is the vocals. They still have that harshness to them, but mixed in with some great cleaner vocals as well

I really like Blind Guardian, it's too bad I only have one album by them. This song I haven't heard before, the intro sounds like a Thrash or Death metal song. The vocals in this one, I feel aren't near as good as they usually are.

MQ2: the one I have is Nightfall in Middle-Earth, and it's pretty damn awesome

Never heard of them. Sound good though. Care to recommend an album or two?

EDIT: I'll definitely give them a proper listen. My speakers that I'm using now can't handle bass and make this awful vibration noise, ugh! No headphones either.
