Where should i go in Turkey, i only have 1 week?

I agree with Iph... days in Cappodoccia and the rest in Istanbul, you won't run out of things to see there, stay near the Blue Mosque/Aya Sophia/Topkapi Palace/Grand Bazaar and you'll be walking distance from those places and you'll be trolly or cab ride from all the other great places to see.

The city №1 in Turkey is definitely Istanbul. The most beautiful and worth visiting city in Europe. It literally breathes with history - on the streets, in the restaurants, shops, bazaars, mosques etc. Its restaurants are numerous and really authentic - you can try Tria Elegance for instance.

1 week is too much for cappadoccia. 2 days enough. spend the rest of the days in istanbul
