Can't upload a chapter to fanfiction.net?

I uploaded the first chapter of my story and tried to upload the second. But when I hit select document there are no documents there. What should I do? And am I doing something wrong? This is what I do:

I go to story, then edit, the chapters, the select document for chapter 2. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

    You have to upload the new chapter to using the document manager first. Step by step:

    1. Click "Publish"

    2. Click "Document Manager (Upload)

    3. Where it says "Upload New Document" in a blue bar, find the new chapter by clicking the "browse" button next to the "file on computer" section

    4. Click "Submit Document"

    After that, edit the story the way you attempted before. The new chapter will be there.
