Team Edward or Team Jacob and why?

Team Jasper/Team Cullen.

Granted it's not what you were actually looking for but this can of 'worms' is just to funny to not jump into.

I have nothing against Jake as a guy or wolf, I just don't do furry as an option for a possible relationship other than pet ( think the fact that I'm OVER 40 might play into it as I consider it 'cradle robbing'). Edward is just a little to prissy for my likes and I am really not into the whole 'over protective' garbage that he attempts to pull off. He might be over 100 but he is still just a little boy playing in a big boy's sandbox ( so what if Jake says "age is just a number").

The Cullen's as a whole I like ( even Ice Queen Rosalie) and Jasper just sort of 'does it' for me since he is so laid back and everyone kind of forgets that he is a force to be wary of.

Was Fork's nice ? Thought about going, but it's on the other side of the States for this girl and since I don't drive like a Cullen it's just not doable and I will have to contend with dreams.

I went to Forks years ago. It's a beautiful place! I remember laughing that if there was a University there it would be called Fork U.

I prefer the books over the movies, but Team Edward.

I have nothing against Jacob, it's actually Bella that I hated, but I am not a big werewolf fan as I am for vampires. Also, I for one think Edward brought the saga to life, because it's based on this vampire falling in love with something he wants to kill -- very interesting -- also I understand him a lot! He's become something he hates -- a monster, and he tries so desperately to be like Carlisle, but feels he never can be like him even though he is just by following Carlisle in this new vampire way and he's lost all touch with his human emotions/traits until he meets Bella. When he meets Bella he's like a little kid entering the world for the first time, everything is so new to him because he's been out of touch with his human traits and all for so long.

Only thing I hate is that the vampires sparkle...to me that's just stupid.

Team Edward. My main reason why I prefer edward is about how he is so in love with bella and it shows in how unselfish he is. Edward would do anything to make bella happy. He cares about her more than himself. He doesn't want her to become a vampire. He left her, in hopes that she would move on and her life wouldn't be in danger. When jacob tries to steal her, he doesn't try to kill jacob, because he knows how much that would hurt her. He wanted her to choose who SHE wanted to be with, and he wasn't going to will her one way or the other. If she were too choose jacob, he would let her go like that. Because all he cares about is her being happy. That right there is a love that is probably impossible to come by.
