In grown bumps on the back of my neck from Haircuts does anyone been successful at getting rid of them?

Ingrown hairs are tough. Some folks are just prone to them, so any time you have your hair cut close, you'll get 'em. You can try using a gentle exfoliant (gentle is key here, because if you have relatively sensitive skin, a rough one will just make things worse) to wash the area regularly after you get your hair cut, and that should help keep skin from growing over the hair follicles.

I don't get them on the back of my neck, but had a heck of a time dealing with ingrowns on the front of my neck (from shaving.)
Anyhow, after many attemps, the thing that has finally worked for me is to exfoliate regularly with micrograins. The one I use is called Bioelements Measured Micrograins. About $31 for a container, but it'll probably last you a year. You put your facewash/body wash in your hand, add some micrograins, and lather it in. Its sorta like sandblasting for your skin.
