How do you turn a powerpoint into a avi/wmp/mp4/YouTube vid?

Okay, I'm trying to place a powerpoint 2007 presentation for a class I have on Youtube. The problem I'm having with sites like authorSTREAM/authorPOINT lite is that while the slides convert to video the audio will not transfer into the new form. The audio makes the presentation work and plays across the slides (the presentation is designed to mimic a movie trailer)

1) Is there an alternative way (preferably without spending any money) to do the conversion?

2) Am I somehow missing something in the directions?

3) Is there another way to construct this without powerpoint?

To make a avi/wmp/mp4/YouTube video from your powerpoint, take such easy converters as Moyea PPT to Video Converter to convert to MP4, etc, free trial at http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-video

Next, upload the PowerPoint video to YouTube with your account. It will play smooth like a video when you click the Playback button.

For more about the issue, see this post at http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/blog/youtube-and-...

    Hope it helps you out!

YouTube doesn't accept the PowerPoint format directly. So you can convert PowerPoint to video and upload PowerPoint to YouTube.

You can use a third tool such as Wondershare PPT2Video. As I know, This converter can convert PowerPoint presentation to video of up to 130 formats such as AVI, MOV, WMV, MPEG, FLV, WMP and HD videos.

And authorSTREAM just supports only one video formats: MP4. It cannot satisfy most people.

Download a trial version and learn more detail from here: http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt-to-video-overview.ht...

    Hope it helps!
