RE: Korean Dramas: Its so freaking good.?

I'm over 30 and have just discovered Korean Dramas. For the past 6 months, I've been watching several of them, via internet sites. Yah, addicting. but I've noticed that many of these dramas literally make me weep at times. I'm thinking that the best product Korea export is not cars/electronics, but dramas. Am I the only one who feels this way?

I am normally someone who doesn't cry and go emotional, but I guess Korean Dramas are my weak point because I will jab at the screen, scream at the computer, shake the computer, cry until I fall of my chair, laugh until I'm gasping on the floor, and the like. This is definitely mutual feeling.

Asia got some of the best stuff in the world. It use to be American 24/7 for me, but now it's mostly Asian. Definitely check out Japanese stuff as well. I started with Chinese, enjoyed many Korean, but found a home in Japanese entertainment.

I know exactly how you feel... Korean Dramas are like the epitome of what dramas should be like: one's that make you seriously happy when something good happens, sad when there's a tragedy, and frustrated when there's that one character who acts all sweet and then STABS THEM IN THE BACK. GRRR. I often find myself cursing at my computer screen when things like that happen. All in all, you're not alone. We all love them. :D

*Sigh*. I'm Korean and I'm almost ashamed of it. That crap they call music, all that plastic surgery, talentless celebrities, those dramas, i despise almost everything about Korea. I recommend you get your head out of those dramas as soon as possible, and never look back.
