Is this a cause for divorce?
ok. You have come home starving after a long hard day at work.
Your wife puts the most delicious looking meal in front of you and you tuck in with relish.
After a while, you find a bit fat cooked caterpillar in it - do you quietly put it to one side and carry on eating?
If you do, later you find an even bigger one, so do you still eat the meal to the end.

hmm maybe she wants to try something new! maybe she's trying to say that you need more protein! who knows!

It depends on whether she put the caterpillars there on purpose or if she was unaware. Since we do not have that information it is hard to say if she did it to spite you. I hardly think you should divorce her unless that is what she wants.
