I need help with my school's new dress code?

Ok-

Since denim isn't allowed, (or on the list of colors) a navy skirt that goes down to your knees with NO pleats would be cute.

Also, since your shirt can be any solid color, do cute colors such as yellows, pinks, light blues and greens, and purple.

Try wearing button up with collars instead of polo's. Like, the flannel shirts without the plaid.

For the belts, get a cute buckle one. Like, one with a heart buckle. Wear cute dangly earrings. Really sparkly.

Hoodies aren't acceptable? The people at your school are crazy. XD

Like, they are really soft feeling, and you were supposed to get long ones and bunch them up right at the ankle. It was really cute looking. (Like Ivory cashmere socks with black flats.)
