How do I tell my boyfriend that I feel unappreciated?

My boyfriend and I have been together 10 months and there has been barely any romance in our relationship. I am not trying to make a score card, but just making a comparison:

- Pay for my own meals (and sometimes his)

- Make him cards when he is sick

- Draw him pictures for no reason

- Cook him meals

He:

- Picks me up and drives everywhere

- Makes me a Mix CD

And it annoys me sometimes when we talk about money. It takes the romance out of everything. I will suggest going out to a movie, but he will say he has no money. He has a job, and I do not. He buys a PS3 and always mooches.

What can I do to let him know that we have a boring relationship? The only time he ever seems to be romantic and tries, when he gets jealous about a guy. And to be honest, I am not 16-years-old, and not immature to try make him jealous on purpose.

Why do no longer you tell him to flow purchase Cherish CD and tell him to hearken to UNAPPRECIATED and tell him to tell you what he thinks of it. Then he will ask you why you asked him to play it then you definately can basically flow all out with the situation.
