I just had cysts a few weeks ago and the doctor told me I didn't have to wait at all... in fact he gave me medication to induce my menstrual cycle so that I could ovulate (since I hadn't been getting my period) and hopefully get pregnant. I've had multiple ovarian cysts and have never been told not to have sex afterwards.

yes you can
it may be more difficult but yes you can still get preg
i would say 6mo to a year for the body to heal.
