Temp agency or actual office on job application?
If I'm filling out a job application, do I use the temp agency I worked for in my "job history" or only the actual assigned job and supervisors at that location?

Did you only work at one job? If so I would put the name of the temp agency/job location. If you worked at several I would only put the temp agency down.
