Can drinking Campbell soup for a meal help me lose weight?

I'm trying not to eat more than what gets me full. I used to do it all the time and that's not healthy or helpful.

These days, I'm drinking the full can of Campbell soup. It's enough to get me full without making me feel more full than I should be. It's like 200 calories in that can. Is that ok?

You can lose weight eating chocolate cake or drinking only alcohol. But that doesn't mean you should. Tomato soup and oatmeal are much healthier alternatives, of course, but in the end, you're going to have to count calories to ensure a deficit.

Apparently the Campbell soup diet is supposed to be good for weight loss.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

You drink it? Do you even heat it up?

    That is weird!?!

edit: yes it does have a heck of a lot of salt! That can cause all sorts of health issues too.

  • i don't recommend you to do that.. i suggest you go with the natural - there are harmful toxins included in the processed good that you think its just 200calories but sum it up TRANS FAT and SATURATED but builds up in your body. in the long run, you won't lose weight at all.

Blend natural fruits with oats and high fiber food is good for you
