That the AZ judge asked the Federal Government who is bringing suit against AZ for it's new illegal immigration law "Why can't AZ be as inhospitable as it wishes to people entering their state illegally, people who have no right to be there in the first place?"
If I don't want people in my house or on my lawn, I post no tresspassing, If I see somebody who is not paying attention to my sign and has made a illegal entry. I summon the police myself. I don't wait for the Federal Government to locate intruders therefore upholding my rights.

Well. I bet most liberals would probably say something like "Because you would also have to treat citizens and legal immigrants that LOOK like illegal immigrants the same way". That is valid, however I want to take it a bit further.
Illegal immigrants are human beings. We need to get this idea that we can determine where a person should and shouldn't go out of our heads. Open up the f*cking borders.

Because the Constitution states that immigration is the sole purview of the Federal Government and the Justice department is bound to defend the constitution.

Because the law is inhospitable to anyone who looks like they might be here illegally.

Because you can't tell an illegal from looking at them. Cops are now given the power to harass anyone who looks Mexican even if they're natural born citizens. Cops won't be stopping illegals from Poland or Greece.

AZ needs to suck it up that they banked on a construction economy and it is over now. They hired them that motivated them to come here so deal with it.
