I didn't post a question asking you to tell me how to participate in the scavenger hunt, even though you evidently know the rules better than I do. I believe I asked if anyone could clean up the picture. If it is cheating to look at a picture that the creator of the whole thing posted and try to figure out what it is however you can, that renders the point of posting the picture in the first place rather stupid. Just say sorry, this can't be fixed like all the other nice people that took the time to tell me that and answer the question that I asked. It is good to know that if we ever get the chance to participate in one together, the scavenger hunt police won't let anyone squeeze by with anything. Thanks.

If it's a clue in a scavenger hunt then please stop trying to cheat by clearing it up.
1. That photo is beyond recovering.
2. Stop trying to cheat already.

One thing photo processing cannot do is make an out of focus image clear. I'm afraid it cannot be fixed.

Sure.. rates are 25 an hour... I assume it will take a few healthy hours due to the crapy starting shot.
infact it would be easier to redue the shot and save a few bucks!
