Well the scientific argument is that Blacks were here first. Why? You can get light out of black but you can't get black out of light. Plus, to this day, dark is still dominant. Blacks have dark skin because we have more melanin in our skin. Some people believe that we became dark in order to be better at handling the harsh sun present in most of Africa. Just like some people believe that East Asians have slanted eyes and hooded eyelids so that they would be able to fight harsh, cold climates. It's all about Adaptation. This is all just scientific speculation though. Now that I've answered you question to the best of my ability, I'd like for you to answer mine; why does it matter?

It has to do with environment and the body's ability to adapt. People of African origin have more pigment as a defence against the sun, broader noses helped to cool hot air as it entered the body and to smell predators and game (Lions etc.) Here is a mind blower...all people originated in Africa. Over the thousands of years people migrated out of Africa to all parts of the earth and environment played a part in their development. White people lived in northern regions and after thousands of years being covered in animal skins they no longer needed the skin pigment to protect from the sun, noses got narrower which helps to heat cold air as it travels to the lungs. This is just a brief description but it is detailed for each race which can all be traced back to one human origin. Then again if you think evolution is witchcraft I am wasting my time.

Actually most Europeans use to be black as well.

Before blonde people came, the only races were black, oriental, and brown people.

This pretty much proves that white blonde kids are just a genetic mutation of their African ancestors:

At least Africans are pure blooded, and not genetically mutated!

Us Indians as well, vary in skin tones and eye colors which means some of us (especially in the Northwest region) also got the same genetic defection.

South Indians, however are different they are dravidians. We are Aryans

Source(s): Blonde people are just a genetic defect of black people.

All people of color, regardless of their race, usually have larger quantities of melanin than whites.

As for where did the first black man come from......watch the History and Discovery Channels and you will find out that human beings started out in Africa!

Black people are black because they had to adapt to their surroundings . Like in Africa , it's really hot all the time and it would be easy to get a sunburn , so the people that lived their had to adapt by getting darker skin so they wouldn't get sun poisoning or anything like that .

    Climate.

Non-blacks came from blacks. When the Africans migrated, the climate changed their skin and hair to adapt.

The darker you are without a sun tan, the more natural melanin your skin produces. Everyone is different.

The first people on earth had dark skin. Our skin color comes from melanin.
