How can i get the habit of drinking enough water per day?
I get very de-hydrated some times, because i dont get thirsty i have tried counting cup i have drinked, but its just a pain in the butt, cause i lose count. Give me some tips, also my doctor told me i needed to take in more water,

Instead of drinking cups of water, start with a bottle of water. You can refill it when it's done to save money. To make it easier to drink water, put a lemonade mix in it, the kind where you mix it with water. I think they also have different flavors, and Koolaid mighht have mixes too. Also, make sure you're getting plenty of exercise, because it will make you thirsty. Drink on!

i just bring a giant frozen water bottle. if its giant it can giv u allot of water. and if its frozen, u can hav allot of water thst will stay cold mostly for the whoe day. did u ever see those giant smartwater bottles. it really helped me stay hydrated. but semi-freeze it, or it might be hard the whole day, it should melt during the day thats y. make sure that u drink all the water in the bottle, and if thats not enough, then u can freeze 2 :) i used 2 bring 2 giant water bottle around with me evrywhere, i know it may look a funny, but its worth the great hydration :) hope it works :)

You need.. at least 7 glasses of water a day. Hm.. whenever you eat food, put some salt into it! The substances in salt trigger buds inside your tounge that tell your brain you need water! You could also try jogging for a long while, you'll need water after that too.

Take a glass of water with meals and keep a bottle on you its suprising that when/if you get bored you'll find yourself sipping the water!
