Is this a heat rash? or Eczema?
Ok, so I went to KIng's Dominion (Amusement park) yesterday and went swimming.
Throughout my life, every time I go swimming, I put on sunblock before hand, swim and when I get out after awhile I start to get itchy and these tiny bumps (Like goosebumps) appear on certain parts of my body (Shoulders, top of feet) where the sun basically hits my body.
Is this because of the chlorine in the water and the sunlight? Is it a heat rash? I also have eczema but its been pretty dormant ever since I was five.
Help?

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.
Best Eczema Treatment?

I don't think it's heat rash. It could definitely be eczema. It could be a combination of the things. People with eczema typically if they are in water too long when they come out they are irritated and itchy. My sister can't go in the pool or tub for too long without her eczema coming out and looking like prickly heat or hives sometimes. Alot of people are allergic to chlorine. Some sunblocks can be irritating as well. I'd go to the doctor to rule out allergies and determine if it's eczema. And eczema can come back at any time. My brother had it when he was a baby it went away for years and then came back last year.
Good luck.
