General Hospital Kids?

Question

I was just thinking about the kids born on GH and it seems to me that more were born between 2000-2009 compared to 1990-1999. Is this correct? Here are the characters that were born in the 90s according to what I have read online (I wasn't watching back then) and the years they were born. If I left anyone out, please feel free to tell me.

Does anyone remember if there were any miscarriages in 2000 or 2001? Or did it just happen that there were no characters pregnant at the time?

2004 Sam's daughter Lila was stillborn. Also that year Sam and Alcazar delivered a teenager's baby, a little girl she and Jason plan to adopt named Hope. 

2003 Courtney miscarried her and Jason's baby by diving into the ocean to escape her kidnapper Alcazar 

2003 Elizabeth miscarried her baby with Ric when she was pushed down the stairs 

2008 Carly miscarried her child with Jax 

2007 Lulu had an abortion not a miscarriage 

2006 Elizabeth miscarried the baby she was carrying for Courtney and Jax

Not sure what year they were but Liz miscarried Courtney and Jax's baby. Carly miscarried her and Jax's first baby a few years back. Lila Rae Alcazar was born, Lulu had a miscarriage. In the 90s too, Lucy had Serena for Scott and Dominique. Jenny Hornsby returned to town and delivered her and Paul's (Dillons real dad) baby.That might have been late 90s early 2000.
