i appreciate your opinion

i'm writing a handwritten essay, and i have to mention Homer's Odyssey. should i put Odyssey in quotation marks or underline it?

I'm always the most talkative person in class, and I have no problem reading, or raising my hand, but when it comes to presenting i get so nervous. my voice quivers, and there's always one point where my throat closes up and i cant talk.

how do i fix this??

when i try to open Picasa it freezes and never opens. so i tried to uninstall it. when i was uninstalling it it froze and it tells me it's "not responding" when i X it out. then i tried reinstalling it and that one froze as well. I tried to download programs that help you uninstall things, and i went to the Windows Control Panel and all of that. but every time i try, it just freezes! this picture might help:
