what is or opinion about the twilight saga (it can be the book or the movie)?
For all thoese who love twilight or hate it i really don't mind any one, because i just want to see ppls opinion about it. in case you are wondering im not a TOTAL fan of the twilight saga, but not obessed bout it, but its not terrible its actually quite good (well to me) so im kind of in the middle :)
for thoses who hate it please tell me why you do
for those who are weirdly obsessed with it please tell me why you are
my opinion is i dont really care im not really a big fan of it like I've said before , but i think the book was well written, but the movies were kinda off, (as usual, leave it up to hollywood to do that for you)
:D
though in the books they could use some improvements but oh well, im not Stephine Meyers
so feel free to say ANYTHING you want about it.
sorry i meant what is your opinion

I like both the books and the movies. The books are better of course (they always are) but the movies were good too. i don't think they were well made movies and the books could have some minor changes (for instance I never want to hear the word "chagrin" again as long as I live!).
I do hate the screaming fangirls though. Maybe it's because I'm not 12 years old, but I think it's ridiculous to scream during the movie when a guy comes onscreen. Sure, he may be hot, but really, what's the point in being obnoxious?
Anyway, I like both, to the point where I went to a midnight screening and bought the Bree Tanner book the day it came out even though it had been online already. But i am not one of those obnoxious fans that wears their Team Jacob shirt everywhere they go. After all, they are just books and movies, nothing to get all worked up about :)

the movies were waaaaay too corny for me. the first movie was ok, i guess. but then new moon absolutely sucked. Edward is absolutely dead-looking (not just because he's a vampire), so i didn't really get the whole edward fandom thing. though, the third was kinda ok, edward actually has feelings!
the book... well... it could be better. i tried reading the first three books, but i lost interest past the first few chapters. there a few grammatical errors and some sentences just don't connect.
the twilight books lowered the standard of novels that should and shouldn't be published.

I never read the books. [I already have too much to read for school. Why would I read for fun?]
But I have saw all the movies thus far. I was less than impressed with Eclipse for some reason. Maybe I was just in a pissy mood.
Anyway, I'm like you. I am straddling the fence on it. I'm not INSANELY obsessed. I'm not a hater. I could take it or leave it.
One thing that I am obsessed with about it is TAYLOR LAUTNER. [Notice I didn't say Jacob Black... I'm just obsessed with Taylor Lautner no matter what movie he is in!]

I dont understand why there is so much hate about it. People get so angry over it. it never claimed to be an action film with bloody gory scenes, its just a love story. Originally i loved it, but after awhile i dissected it, and saw some flaws, and dont like it as much. I enjoy reading the books when i feel like curling up on the lounge and reading something romantic.

I love them both... the movie and the book as well... ive never seen such a good vampire love story ever in my life.... kirsten stewart n robert pattison are perfect for these characters, its a soft romantic movie..perfect choice for those who donot like watching violent n action thrillers.... :)
and the book is also a good attention getter.... !

trash. trash. trash. I actually used to not mind the books...but then they made the movies and all these creepy obsessed fan girls started crawling out from the sewers. I mean seriously, wtf!? why would anyone want to degrade themselves so much by swooning/screaming/crying over some fictional pussy *** sparkly vampire? and what's with the people who are practically stalking Robert Pattinson? he is an ACTOR edward is a CHARACTER! get over it people, move on already!
that aside, taylor is way hotter than rob. it's fact my sparkly vampire obsessed friends.

Those books/movies turned perfectly good monsters into teenie bopper heart throbs. So disappointing.

I dont care as long as people dont sit there, when call of duty came out, all the guys were freaking out and im like, who cares.. and when twilight came out, all the girls were freaking out, and it gets annoying cuz it drags on.. and on... and on..

i don't hate it, i just think it's a bit over-rated... my sister and sister in law like the books, both of them hated the first movie (they both said it was horrible) but i guess they like the other movies... i personally have no intention of seeing any of them
