Is there something wrong with my knee or is it like this because of growing?

Well today I woke up with my knee feeling sorta stiff. Like if i pull my leg up to my thigh it feels like its about to pop, but it doesn't.. I'm worried that something may be wrong with it and my cross cross country season starts in a week.. Whats going on with it? Should I still run on it?

Update:

I'm 14...

You don't mention your age, but there are growth-related knee problems that are well documented.

You might want to have it checked before you resume running.

It relies upon on the context. It became as quickly as seen the politically suited term and subsequently in some contexts the place the be conscious is used for some thing previous, that's large, such because of the fact the United N*gro college Fund or the U. S. Census (some older blacks self-hit upon as n*gro, it is going to probable be long previous from the subsequent census or the single after that as that's used via fewer and much less human beings to whom it may practice). it is an offensive be conscious in different contexts because of the fact it hearkens decrease back to a extra racist time and that's predominantly used via racists who use it as a euphemism for n*gger (which itself is a term maximum pointed out with slavery and its aftermath).
