What's your favorite 'sound effect' from any song?
Mine would be the Jetfighter's Laser in The Clash's Rock The Casbah :) So, from any song, what's your favorite 'sound effect'?
Please note: Normally I'm an Answerer so I thought it was time I ask a few questions...lol :)
Jimmy Jazz: Those were both awesome! LOL!
Soul of Woman: That 'whah-whah' talking effect makes the whole song! :)

My favourite sound effect would have to be in Hey Girl, Hey Boy by the Chemical Brothers. I love the ending to the song when they reverse and scratch it right at the end! Probably one of the best endings to a song!

This one's kinda cheesy but my mam used to always play How Can You Mend A Broken Heart when we were in the car when I was a child and after 'I can still feel the breeze' there was a sort of tinkling effect. It always gave me shivers down my spine, I loved it!Not sure what version it was actually...

I don't know what effect John Frusciante uses to make his guitar sound like that, but I love the 'solo' on the studio version of 'Throw Away Your Television' from 'By the Way'. I'll link the song in my sources. :)
