Can I get streaming TV with satellite service and cable internet?

I've been reading up on devices like Roku that allow you to connect wirelessly to your internet connection (yes, I have that already) and watch streaming TV shows and movies. However, I am confused; I have cable internet, but my TV is satellite. Is that possible? My TV is an old CRT model; however I do have the yellow/red/white cable ports in back. I'm not necessarily talking about just the Roku choice, but ANY type of device that allows me to get TV shows and movies from the internet on my satellite-service CRT TV. What say you?

The Roku and similar devices will have RCA composite (those yellow/red/white ports) outputs. So you'll just hook those up to your TV. It has nothing to do with your satellite TV service and requires it's own set of connections. If your satellite receiver is already using the RCA ports, you can get a video switch box to allow two separate input sources, the satellite and the Roku.
