WHAT MOVIE? Two guys set up this "killing competition." Two of the killers are trying to kill the same mark.?
Two guys set up this "killing competition" where a big group of people have to kill their marks, and two of the killers are trying to kill the same mark? One killer has to kill the other so they can get credit for the kill of the mark.
Then the last one standing is the winner, and the winner is a girl and she drives a WHITE motorcycle. So she's all happy and excited (I don't know what the winner was supposed to win), but then the two guys that created the game/competition kill her with cement shoes off a dock.
I think its a movie from the 90's.
What year or star "The Killers?' There are 25.
Assassins (1995) sounds as doubtful.
Just searched the script for ASSASSINS. No motor bike/motorcycle. No cement. Girl survives.
Yeh, I thought of THE 10TH VICTIM, which seems about the closest, just to find similar movies in MSN Movies etc.

It's not from the Nineties, but I'll give it a try. You see, I haven't seen this for ages and am extremely hazy about much of it:

In the near future, big wars are avoided by giving individuals with violent tendencies a chance to kill in the Big Hunt. The Hunt is the most popular form of entertainment in the world and also attracts participants who are looking for fame and fortune. It includes ten rounds for each competitor, five as the hunter and five as the victim. The survivor of ten rounds becomes extremely wealthy and retires. Scenes switch between the pursuit, romance between the hunter and the victim, and a narrator explaining the rules and justification of the Hunt. Caroline Meredith (Ursula Andress) is the huntress armed with a high caliber Bosch shotgun looking for her tenth victim. Marcello Poletti (Marcello Mastroianni) is the victim. He is reluctant to kill Meredith as he is not sure whether she is his hunter, but then later because they become romantically involved. To maximize financial gain, Meredith wants to get a perfect kill in front of the cameras as she has negotiated a major sponsor from the Ming Tea Company.
