I'm thinking of a new hair color?

Currently I have white-blonde hair (this color right here but much longer *about to my jawline when left curly but near my shoulders when straightened*) my skin tone is a golden type of tan but I fit in with the neutral skin tone (my veins are blue and green) I have hazel eyes so...what kind of color would you suggest? I want red but I'm not sure what shade.

also my tan should go away soon...so ill just be really light golden if that makes much of a difference XD

    I would suggest highlights :)

    Or auburn/red hair because it'll bring out the green in your hazel eyes.

    red wont look good on you.

    the natural best hair colors for your skin tone and eye tones and for the health of your hair would be a medium brown, light brown, or a natural brown, and you can try high lights, if you really want red, there's color blends hair dyes where you dye your hair brown and tints of red and it turns a red color when the room lightening chances, so you have two hair colors, brown and red.

    I have noticed a lot of girls with brown and dark hair with blue streaks and I think it looks really sexy , na not red , bet it looks nice whatever you decide
