Lets see...half an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter, 1/4 can of campbells chicken noodle soup, a bowl of baby carrots with a small cup of light ranch, 2 glasses of v8, and a special k snack bar. This seems fairly healthy to maintain but what does everyone else on here think?

I've recovered from bulimia not too long ago but before I used to be able to eat plenty of food without purging, now for the past week and a half I can barely eat, for example: skip breakfast, half of a turkey breast with lettuce on a whole grain tortilla wrap, then for dinner I can only get in a few bites. Today I ate a cookie and I feel overly full. I need to somehow get my appetite back so I don't lose weight again. Any tips?

I just wanted to know so shed a little light please?

So just a thought. Ive been trying to gain more muscle but Im still called chubby by most girls. Im about 87-90 lbs 5'4" with a 22" waist, i know my weight isnt right but i still need to tone up. Is it really possible to be underweight and fat?

Im 95 lbs and 5'4" with a 22" and was wondering the average for asian 16 y/o :/ im working on gaining weight but I was curious so anybody know the average?

only 3 pairs show and my hipbone protrudes a little...I'm not severely underweight and I'm generally a healthy person (lots and lots of fruits and vegetables), is this bad or unattractive? Could I gain muscle to make them not so visible?

Stupid question I know because I don't know if it's cramping (from pms) or if it's the actual cigarette. I'm 17 and the pain comes and goes. I only recently started smoking (last week was the time I got up to smoking everyday. I smoke maybe 4-7/day) My cramping has always been bad to the point I couldn't move so I'm just curious.

I get alot of compliments on how pretty I am from just people I wouldn't expect it from. I'm extremely shy and the clothing I wear isn't really revealing...leaning more towards the dark colors than light. Yet I get called very pretty or gorgeous by friends and new friends. I never feel pretty and I know that losing weight is a good way for me to be pretty even though people say I don't need to lose weight...my boyfriend recently broke up with me a day after he said I was very pretty and he said it's because I was going to graduate next year and it would be awkward..but I think it's more than that...I keep thinking it's my looks...dont get me wrong, I never let people around me know that I feel like this. But why don't I? I know it has to do with self esteem but I just cannot bring myself to believe them.

I'm 5'4-5'5" tall and I'm about 112 lbs. so I know I'm not chubby but I always hear people saying that cute means chubby and young looking. I'm 16 and I look a little young I suppose...or is cute just a nice way of saying you're ugly? I get called cute, pretty, and beautiful. So I'm not sure which I'm supposed to believe. Guys what are your definitions of the ratings? And girls what are yours?

There's this guy (really skinny but cute. I love his eyes and cute face lol) but...we went on a date and we hang out alot with another guy friend. He pokes me alot and we chase eachother trying to poke the next (it's a game we made.) I want him to ask me out already...he always says I'm very pretty, and the other night he said I was beautiful, but sometimes he'll space out I think but he also says that he'll never let me pay for dates and he wants to buy me lots of things (Even though I refuse both of those things). If he does like me why doesn't he just ask me out already? Or am I just to impatient?

well for over a year now I've been dating this one guy...He's usually insensitive and irritable. I do love him and he says he loves me but...he gets mad at me if I stay the night with a friend and she has a brother, or if one of my friends is a guy..he tells me that his cousins ex girlfriend is a grade A hottie, and how he got some *** (his words) then I had to go and tell him to **** her instead of me (it was wrong of me to say but he always says how lucky his cousin is so...) I can't even cry when it comes to him since he'll tell me to toughen up...but isn't there some way I can handle this stuff more so maybe he'll be happier with me or how I can block out what he does?..

so here I am 16 at 118 lbs 5'4", my guy friends always tell me they don't like stick thin girls but when one walks by us they say something along the lines of "Damn shes hot!" then proceed to flirting and all. I honestly don't care to much but why do they contradict themselves? Are thin girls really better? (I've recovered from anorexia but this gets me thinking if maybe I was better at my thinnest)

Currently I have white-blonde hair (this color right here but much longer *about to my jawline when left curly but near my shoulders when straightened*) my skin tone is a golden type of tan but I fit in with the neutral skin tone (my veins are blue and green) I have hazel eyes so...what kind of color would you suggest? I want red but I'm not sure what shade.

so there are multiple religions in the world, all saying that their god/s are the higher being. They all have different beliefs and so on but yet how can we clarify which one is right? I'm atheist myself (I don't want any rude remarks saying "you're evil" or whatever people say) I see people arguing over religions almost every day so now I'm asking others. What proof can you give me that your god is real? Why do you choose that religion?

today I ate a Large pepperoni and pineapple pizza by myself :'( ah haha. well two slices were left actually but it was a papa murphys large pizza :) it was good, but now my stomach is literally out there. will it stay this way? What if I purge? (I know thats bad). Was this just to much for me? (oh im 5'4" and 116 lbs trying to lose weight...but I dont think i could do this everyday XD

alright I got both of these piercings three days ago and my piercer told me to use dial soap to clean it. I take a cutip and put dial soap and water on the piercings. Is this ok? I can do this right? and I prefer not to use the sea salt thing.

So..most of my american male friends are absolutely infatuated with oriental women (due to their skin and build) I asked one he said he found them exotic. So in other words because they arent like american women. Now for other countries I'm not so sure about, would an asian man find an american or canadian woman exotic because they're from a different country? Or is it just the men I know that think this way?
