Is this enough food for one day?

Lets see...half an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter, 1/4 can of campbells chicken noodle soup, a bowl of baby carrots with a small cup of light ranch, 2 glasses of v8, and a special k snack bar. This seems fairly healthy to maintain but what does everyone else on here think?

Update:

well im 18 at 5'4" and about 110 lbs. I have school so it's tough getting in exercise but I normally can get in 250-500 situps at night and 100 squats. If i don't have homework then I can get in a good 2 1/2 mile walk.

Sounds good, eat the whole apple, and a 1/2 can of the soup.

I would just eat a fruit salad and no peanut butter. If you want healthy fats use coconut oil or olive oil. But make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day.

Well it does depend on your size, and weight. Are you going to be doing any exersice or are you just laying around all day doing nothing. In my opinion you should drink more water and maybe throw in a sandwich.
