parents getting divorced...?

My mom moved to texas right after our family moved from new york to virginia for my fathers job. she said she's been unhappy since they got married almost 18 years ago. when she left, my dad told my brother and i that if we decided to move with her, he would move there too. my brother and i decided to live in virginia with our dad because we didn't want to move again. i don't really like virginia much but i will be graduating soon and can move where ever. but, my mom is always upset when she begs us to move there with her and we say no. she's also getting a lot of money out of my dad, even though she's the one that left him. even though i miss my mom like crazy and i like texas better than virginia, i stay here just because i don't want to move again.

does it seem like i'm making the wrong decision about staying where i am? or would you move to texas if you were me?

i'm really confused about everything and really don't know what i want to do.
