What is wrong with my printer and/or settings?
I'm using Windows XP. I set up my PC with HP LaserJet 4100 Multifunction Printer. But everytime I print something, the last line is always missing, event pictures have a missing bottom. Documents are also missing one line from the bottom, no matter what I print. I've tried to change paper size, and shrink the picture to about 50% of its original size, but it just won't work. Any idea?

well, it looks like you may need to reset the computer/ printer back to factory. but first, have you restarted the Printer. "cold start" and also the computer ????? power them down and let them sit for a minute. then start them. run a self test on the printer. then try printing if all checks out right, if you have the issue on the self test then contact 1 800 HPINVENT for further help or go to the website http://www.hp.com/ Good luck.
