I worked at the Butte Humane Society for a couple of months and have been really sick, sleepy, nausea, ...?

and dizzy. One cat sneezed some snot in my face and I heard the workers saying the cats were sick. Are diseases from animals (especially cats) passed onto humans or am I sick from something else?

No. Most cats at the Humane Society have URIs. But a feline upper respiratory infection is not zoonotic - meaning it's not communicable to humans.

You can't catch the cats' colds.

However, it's always possible that you ingested a parasite, or something.
