water is not flowing into my house! I have an artisian well and water just stopped?

I feel like there are only a couple of reasons why this could happen, but how do I narrow it down? Is it the pump? I am assuming that the pump was put in place in 1997. Or did I just run out of water?

To the first contributor, or anyone else....if the pump needs to be primed, can I do that myself? If so, How?

    just refill the well using your garden hose...duh!!!

    maybe the pump needs to be primed again you might have water there but used to much and sucked air into the system
