I've got a Paypal query?
Hey guys, I just created a Paypal account and added a debit card. It says my balance is zero. I know this doesn't mean my bank account balance, but can I simply pay for what I'm buying straight from the card details I added, or do I have to "add money" from my bank account to the paypal account before I can pay?
Thanks for any help

Either way works. You can either add money to your paypal and buy something or just buy something and paypal will pull money out of your account automatically assuming you have confirmed your account. Although having paypal automatically pull money may take longer because the transfer transaction has to clear first before paypal sends the funds to the company you purchase the items.

You can pay right off, you dont need to send money to paypal.
However if you sell something and they pay to your paypal account you WILL have to retrieve the money from paypal
