It's pretty good...
A suggestion for your Tyranitar....
It has high base attack, so giving it a move like flamethrower or fireblast may not be a good idea, because then you can't take advantage of its super high atk.... If it were me, this would be my Tyranitar's moves:
Earthquake
Rockslide
Crunch
Brick Break/ Fire Fang
Also, you may want to change one of Raichu's electric type moves.. two of them seems redundant.

Its a good team.What are there levels tho.And also u should get rid of raichu thunder for some other move and get venasaur with a high accuracy move.

You have many different types of pokemon so it all looks good.
you can combat with anything that's thrown at you and the moves are all impressive. :)
